About: Around £1 billion spent by the 7 councils in the Greater Brighton Economic Board on repairs and maintenance of council homes to make them zero carbon by 2030. Led by Homes First, the council housing stock manger for Lewes District Council. Looking at optimum pathways to improve public sector homes and low-carbon industry; to promote long term changes to energy use and private sector decarbonisation; and future proof homes.
