THE AGENCY MAC (Media Academy Cymru) works with the whole family where there is violence and abuse from children and young people towards their parents.

REFERRAL: Referrals are accepted from anyone. All referrals are assessed to see if the Parallel Lives programme will meet the family’s needs.

THE SERVICE: MAC will work with the family for as long as is needed. Support is offered to both parents and young people, in homes, school, community venues, the office or online, in groups or one to one.

EVALUATION: The service is currently being evaluated by a team at Swansea University.
