The Newhaven Advice Hub & Information Centre
The centre is staffed by a friendly team of both paid staff and volunteers. Our mission is to give the people of Lewes District, independent and specialist advice and information, and signposting to local services.
We can provide:
Access to advice about benefits, debt and housing Information and contacts to services in your area like charities and helpful organisations Individual support for those who need help understanding forms, letters and using the telephone and internet The Newhaven Advice Hub & Information Centre is part of the Big Lottery funded Lewes District Advice Partnership.

We can arrange a session with a specialist advisor or volunteer by appointment only.

Benefits advice for working age residents of East Sussex. 03 calls cost no more than national rate calls. You can use a phone at our Information Centre in Newhaven. If you need face to face advice our telephone advisors can arrange this for you, you can email your enquiry to benefitseastsussex@harcuk.com.
