Foundry Street was once one of the most industrious roads in Brighton, The Regents Foundry was one of the largest employers and home to the first electricity plant in Brighton. At the corner of Foundry Street and Gloucester Road lies a small glass-blowing studio run by John King. King finds it hard to sell work and is often found in the middle of the day with a drink at the local pub unsurprisingly named, The Foundry.
