Preston Park Community Garden

Preston park community garden is run by the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership. The Brighton and Hove Food Partnership is a non-profit organisation with the aim to help people to cook healthy and learn how to grow their own food. Most of the food grown in this garden is given to the volunteers who help to maintain it although is there are surplus crops then they are used at events where members of the public are able to taste and try them. The garden is meant to demonstrate to the public what fruit and vegetables can be grown at home with ease, therefore promoting more sustainable consumption. For more information about volunteering opportunities and the chance to get involved in your community please visit; http://bhfood.org.uk/

Critique of old map; The post involves various information about when and why the garden was set up, but offers little on how to get involved. It does however explain the use of the garden, it is clear the previous group completed research on this area.
