Improvement have been made to this property to reduce its carbon footprint. The owners are advocates of sustainable living and decided to make these improvements after beig inspired by local action groups like Hanover 10:10 and Hanover Action For Sustainable Living (HASL). The coupe installed a new boiler, loft insulation and double glazing to the property in order to reduce the amount of gas needed to heat the property.
