Hilly Laine is a shop located at 78 Elm Grove which sells organic fruit and vegetables, traditionally baked bread, wholefoods and Ecover products/refills. After talking to an employee within the shop it was found out that they "enjoy networking and sharing in the local community and hope to make Muesli Mountain Market a friendly and inspiring place to visit." Organic bags are also supplied outside the shop as shown in the pictures, further cutting their carbon footprint.
The nickname Muesli Mountain has been given to all of Hanover and Elm Grove as the entire community is stereotyped as being very health and eco-conscious. Seeing themselves as the "Muesli Mountain Market" shows that they believe themselves to be synonymous with the community and a marketplace for all its members.
There is also an online shop faciltiy for people who cannot visit the shop, with a link from their website to a local company with a website named greenvan.biz which specialises in delivering quality natural & organic foods and household products all over Brighton and Hove
