Bath Arms is a local pub tucked away in the South Laines. Both its ale and food menu is from locally sourced butchers and breweries. As the picture above shows the majority of the ales are from Kent and Sussex - very local areas.
According to the pub employees their menu is constantly changing. The chefs menu is dependent on what meat is available from the butchers. Furthermore, the Bath Arms vegetable selection is supplied from a local company (however, the company also provide other places across the UK). This local sourcing is very sustainable as it reduces the amount of emissions used in order to transport the products to the restaurant and is much better for the environment.
This information was gathered through an interview with a worker and a manager of the pub.
