Brighton Permaculture aims to help the community to develop agricultural ecosystems that can be grown and maintained in a sustainable way. The main aims of Brighton Permaculture are: earth care, people care and fair shares. Brighton permaculture offers courses and qualifications in order to allow the community to apply the permaculture ethics to their daily lives. As well as teaching about sustainable agriculture, Brighton Permaculture also offers courses in eco renovations which involve courses in how to build with different types of re useable resources such as earth, chalk and straw.
Brighton Permaculture are contributing to environmental citizenship because they are a local advocacy who are teaching sustainable methods of living to the local community.
