The Big Lemon vehicles all run on biodiesel from locally sourced waste cooking oil that is obtained from restaurants in the area. This fuel releases 75% less carbon emissions compared to normal mineral diesel. This is a sustainable transport link that is available as a public bus and can also be hired for trips out of Brighton.
