This recycling site is outside the city centre but still within an accessible area for locals. It is also located near a nice green space and footpaths. Recycling centres have the potential for becoming centres for learning about Re-Thinking our relationship with waste. It could be transformed into an educational centre and park as well as a recycling facility.
