Odeon Brighton

The Odeon Brighton building is a famous and very large building in a key location of the city right across a busy stretch of the beach and benefitting from direct sea views. Except it has no windows and its sea facing facade is completely closed off, and it is a very inward building.

Despite being part of great memories of movie theatre years in the 1970s, it is now commonly described as an eye sore. How could it be improved to benefit both locals and tourists?
