It has become one of the most famous second-hand furniture shops in Beijing, buying and selling second-hand furniture from artists' studios and villagers' homes.

Caochangdi's artists come from all over the world, and when they move away, much of the high-quality second-hand furniture they can't take with them is sold to local recyclers.

However, with the demolition of Caochangdi Art District, the rough and wild architectural style and life style that existed here also disappeared forever.So how should we commemorate, or even rebuild?
