Provide a very comprehensive service with details of where all their waste streams end up. They state that they regularly achieve a recycling rate of over 95% diverted from landfill, however, all of their general waste is sent to incineration.
Most construction firms in the local area use MJ Church to dispose of waste. They sort the waste into: General Waste, Paper/Cardboard, Plastics, Green Waste, Hardcore, Wood, Plasterboard, Glass and Metal. Certain waste streams could be further sorted and there is real potential for re-use. All their wood products are chipped and turned into OSB or MDF, this could easily supply a wood recycling centre. General waste could be sorted through to find other raw materials for up-cycling and reuse. By sorting their waste so thoroughly means there is real opportunity to use these in new construction and maker projects.
