Our aim is to empower and build capacities with the communities we work with. This means our approach is very much community led with guidance and support from us to ensure best practices are followed with professional services offered where required.

Our Services We offer Town and Parish councils and Neighbourhood Plan Groups with a full suite of professional services to assist them in completing either Parish Plans or Neighbourhood Development Plan.

The Sussex Community Housing Hub (the Hub) is a ‘one stop shop’ enabling service which provides technical advice and support to community-led housing groups across East and West Sussex

Community Led Housing is about local people playing a leading and lasting role in solving housing problems, providing genuinely affordable homes and building strong and resilient communities.

We provide expert support and independent advice to rural communities on the provision of affordable housing for local people. There is a chronic shortage of affordable housing in rural England and Sussex is certainly no exception to this.

Our enabling service has helped to deliver hundreds of homes for local people across rural parts of East and West Sussex, focused on a standardised 10 step process.
