About: A project from One Garden Brighton in colloboration with Plumpton College to restore an ornate glasshouse first opened in 1953. It is one of only three structures of its kind in England and the project aims to restore it to its former glory. Following predicted completion in 2024, the palm house will become a specialist nursery and a social and educational space for all to enjoy.

Connection to the Biosphere and its principles: The glasshouse will be used as a specialist nursery which will be used to provide plants for gardening, forstry and conservation biology. The glasshouse will also host education events teaching care of rare and exotic plants.
