We were told that the Level - a park/roundabout - had been a real problem area until the new skate park and café were built. There are still problems with the behaviour of some and but the needles problem is much reduced. Its certainly thriving and local shops are now catering for the skaters with a skate/bmx shop, café with Wi-Fi and tattoo artists all on the opposite side of the road.
