Communities Matter energy bill advisor's visited the Big Local Hub in Sompting on the 14th, 21st and 28th of July to offer energy bill advise and switching to local people. We also visited the IT junction group using the service on the 26th June and 1st July.

The Big Local coordinator Jacqui was very supportive and helped us make contact with many local people and groups to promote the Your Energy Sussex initiative. We visited a number of groups facilitated by the Big Local including the lovely ladies at the Fun with Seniors get togethers.

We supported local people using the Big Local shop to save a total of £230.

We found a number of people who required support in getting off of pre-payment meters. Advice and support was given to these people and we could signpost them to other organisations offering support.
