This is a research partnership into the challenges to social housing, looking at the condition of affordability and fees, migrations impact on supply and demand and upcoming legislative changes and the impact of benefit reform. The partners will work collaboratively on developing a conference to be held in University of Brighton Hastings on the town related issues that brings people, landlords and local decision makers together to myth bust and identify areas where future support and co-ordination is needed.
Together they plan to explore partnership in order to access other possible funding streams for research and also to look at how we can work together to empower people and local systems to address the challenges seen.
