During 2016 we did a review on Sussex Student's Union with the aim of introducing Community Organising methodologies to the core of their activities.

We interviewed different members of staff to get a better understanding of how things were happening within the organisation and also gathered people's thoughts through an anonymous questionnaire.

Based on the information gathered and our Community Organising expertise we produced this report as well as a Community Organising Plan for the organisation.
