We are a new and exciting community business with a passion for sharing our community organising expertise. Between us we unite cultures, experiences and languages from Europe, South America and Africa.

Trained by the National Community Organisers Programme in the UK and brought together at Brighton Students’ Union we were the first community organisers to be employed by a Students’ Union in 2013 and have developed our methodology working on and off campuses with residents and students.

As the University of Brighton covers 5 campuses and partner colleges we have tried and tested our work in 5 locations and 2 countries over 4 years. We also have experience of rural organising.

We offer Consultancy, tailored Training and Groundwork.

We are based in Brighton, UK and Madrid, Spain.
