In October 2016 we spent a full day in London with the Student Leaders of Westminster Students' Union. We trained them in Brighton during the summer in Community Organising and now it was time to do some Reflective Practice, for them to tell us how it was going, what had been challenging, what had worked well...It was also a great opportunity to receive coaching and mentoring when doing Active Listening with students and evaluate how to move to action the ideas that emerged from the conversations held with students on Campus that day.
