Railway arches that still contain multiple garages and car washes, are now beginning to be dominated by dark kitchens and instant food delivery services such as Weezy, Gorillas and Getir.

Both act as supportive mechanisms to the city, but the underlying aura is changing from 'maintenance' to 'instantaneous consumption'.
