Summary of Project: School bags made from recycled plastic bags. The bag integrates a solar panel which transforms into a solar lantern to study. The bag is made from reflective material thereby increasing visibility when walking and is waterproof. The project works by identifying children who lack basic school supplied and who have a long walk to school. The project then invites “Giving Partners” to purchase or give donations towards Repurpose Schoolbags on behalf of learners.
