The Citizens Advice Thanet has offices in Margate and Ramsgate and can offer advice in person by calling in to the office, by letter, telephone or email. Please call the Thanet first to make an appointment, the appointment line is open Mon - Fri 10am - 1pm

Citizens Advice also offer outreach sessions at various locations and home visits for people who are housebound and have no other means of accessing the advisory service.
