Street lights in the Brunswick area are sensor operated which keep the lights from coming on until it's at a certain level of darkness. A useful way of cutting down on electricity usage in the area. A negative effect of this however is that they may have a time limit meaning they will turn off at a certain point in the night, thus decreasing surveillance which could lead to crime.
