Case Study 1 Cafe Bliss Pop Up Energy Cafe Milly is a 49 year old single Mum with 3 children. She has significant health issues, currently is unable to work and is on Disabled Living Allowance. The Energy advisor spent an hour and a quarter with her discussing her bills and how she uses her energy at home. MIlly switched supplier, saving £120 a year and was referred to Family Mosaic for a winter home check visit.

Case Study 2 Cathy and Jim are off gas grid rural residents. Cathy is retired and Jim a part-time lorry driver. They live in a 3 bed house with 3 storage heaters and had a very high energy bill. The Energy advisor switched them from Scottish Power to E.ON and saved them £276 a year. The advisor also discovered that they were owed £1700 by Scottish Power. They spoke at length about different ways of heating their home such as solar and a new boiler system. Cathy and Jim were advised to have an EPC Home Energy check and were provided with details of a local specialist.
