2 groups of students go to 2 different sheltered accommodation units with Eastbourne Homes. Residents are invited to exercise programmes and bespoke exercise regimes are devised for individuals. Staff at the Homes are taught how to do the exercises.

The students are accompanied by an academic who advises and guides.
