This report will address the project’s aims of:

1. Identifying the unmet needs and the assets of the Trans community (Trans people who live, work, socialise, study and use services in Brighton and Hove)
2. Identifying evidence and best practice and the extent to which this has been implemented in Brighton & Hove. The research undertook 9 focus groups with a total of 38 participants and 114 questionnaires were completed. Questionnaires collected both qualitative and quantitative information and consisted of 102 questions.
