Moulsecoomb Forest Garden and Wildlife Project

Moulsecoomb Green Spaces

It is a community project which has built links with local schools and local people. It aims to involve all types of people and contribute to helping the environment. Pupils are involved in the running of the garden such as planting and creating wildlife habitats. Carpentry, woodland management, cooking alongside social and educational opportunities are offered by the project. It is open every Tuesday and Friday from 10am-3pm. It is related to environmental citizenship because it focuses on community development, protecting the environment through conservation, heritage and creating wildlife habitats.
