University of Calgary

The Exercise Tolerance lab of SESAME has strong interest in the plasticity of the neuromuscular function during exercise, recovery from exercise and following training.

With Dr Guillaume Millet of the University of Calgary we are currently co-writing a research paper on the recovery of the neuromuscular function during exercise, and are working on the design of a study looking at the modulating effect of brain stimulation using transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on exercise tolerance.
