2. The 67 Centre Bike Club

This group meets weekly (term time only) and is set up as a social enterprise where young people learn bicycle mechanics in order to fix and sell bikes. The money raised goes back into rewarding the young people with £5/hour in credit that they can spend on their own bikes, or even save up and buy a bike from the club with.

This group is very supportive for those who find school a challenge and it gets young people referred from social workers and others to support positive social and skill development for needy young people. Getting these young people trained up and qualified so that they can support others or gain employment is one of our key goals.
