People really liked this pre-loved café/bank called the Coffee House for its appearance both inside and out. Much of the interior is decorated/designed using recycled materials such as stacks of books to hold up tables and benches. There is a small community meeting room towards the back in an old bank vault which includes a projector and screen. The garden at the back on two levels is full of quirky arty objects as well as a welcome off-street seating area/refuge. With lots of High Street banks closing, this suggests how with a bit of imagination the buildings at least can find a new role.
