Open Easter weekend then May to September, 11.00am - 4.00pm

16th century court house and town hall dates from when Pevensey was one of the smallest towns in the kingdom. Close to the Roman castle and to the site of the Norman landing in 1066. Houses a large collection of historic relics:

The gaol below also has a display of agricultural and other implements. Souvenirs and descriptive literature, (in several languages), are available for sale

Small admission charge. Children under 16 FREE(with an adult)
