As part of the Visual Methods Conference at the University of Brighton, Community21 and CUPP ran two days of community mapping workshops.
Our partners Wendy Brawer from 'Green Maps' New York and Maeve Lydon from Uvic Canada kicked us off with a series of questions and activities that engaged participants in processes of community map making.
Local voluntary organisations, charities and community practitioners worked alongside community engagement a nd visual methods academics to explore the role of the network we have developed in progressing participatory processes for more sustainable and resilient communities.
