Research Student Will Abbott is working alongside Brighton and Hove Albion FC on a project using Global Positioning Software (GPS) systems to monitor training loads within elite Soccer. The aim is to create an individualised approach to monitoring and prescribing training load to effectively develop soccer fitness, addressed through four interlinked studies.
