Local burger shop/cafe situated outside Churchill Square and is opened on a regular daily basis. All the produce served at this burger bar is sourced in locally within Sussex with exception to the German Sausage. This is an example of sustainable living as it significantly reduces carbon emissions as the products do not have to travel large distances to be sold; this is a good contribution to environmental citizenship.
